front spring specs

I'm trying to round up the front suspension parts for my classic motor carriages cobra kit. I'm running a Ford 302 small block and the instruction manual says to run mustang II front springs. I've looked at Heidt's products and like many other Mustang II suspension manufacturers they need to know the weight springs you want. Short of putting scales under the front-end does anyone have a suggestion? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Don....Go to this site below and it may help. I have H&R springs on my SPF and H&R refused to provide me with the spring rates, saying they were proprietary to Superformance....even though H&R makes them. Anyway, I used the calculator and found my springs to be 375 lbs. front and rear.

I got 375# springs in front and mustang II front end. I made my coilovers, but go to www.speedwaymotors.com ,,,, they got a coilover setup for a mustang II for $350 for the front
