CNC machine or water jet project ?

I just had a brain storm of a idea last night. LOL ! This winters project is to install my dual fan assembly I've had for three years now !
Anyway, I bought the kit from "Finish Line" but, I want to make my own brackets for the fans. Something better looking & stronger. My brainy idea is to have a shop CNC machine cut or use a water jet to mill out of billet alum., two bars/brackets, for attaching the fans then, in the middle, I'll place the blue oval Ford badge (like in the Expedition grill). On the left side, have a "427" cut out & the left side a "cobra" . In the middle of each number & letter, I'll have them dished out so I can paint them in red. Like I mentioned, either billet (cost) ? or have all the pieces cut then weld it all together. I could try, and take a photo of a sketch and post it but, I really can't draw. If......you can understand what I'm wanting, I would like ideas on who to contact for this project & apx. cost ? Anyone here a machinist ?
Thanks,
Kev
