Need new rear view mirror
OK, my cobra has a high mount rear view that's epoxied on the windshield.. that part is fine except for it's placement (I need it much lower as I can't see past the full width rollbar) and the fact that it's wobbly and of poor quality
I need a really solid construction good looking RVM.. any suggestions on a modern donor car mirror or aftermarket source? And how to get the current epoxied metal mounting tab off without windshield damage? Thanks! |

Getting the mirror off the windshield requires a lot of caution. I took my wife's car to the dealership with a mirror problem and they called a glass co. to come and remove it. I would call a glass co. and take the car there.

Thanks for the replies.. Don, the vintage site does not work, just a parent directory there %/
I will take her to a really good local glass shop that's worked for me before.. good idea The suction cup thing looks OK if I can find one at a supply store. I have one of the convex things from Griot's Garage but it's just for my left view mirror. I want a flat type standard rear view. Any more ideas? |
