jack strands under axle tube ok?
Can I use jack stands under the 9" axle tubes to hold the car up?

It should be okay Burgs, I used jack stands under the axle of my cars for as long as I can remember. Just make sure you got it balanced out properly and the axle sits securely on the stand.

Yeah, you should be able to put stands under the housing tubes with no problems.
I typically use a rag folded to keep the stand from scratching off the powder coating. |
