Squeeker!
I have some serious squeeking going on in the lower A-arm rubbers. What's the best way to prevent?

Welcome to the club. If you have polyurethane(sp?) (usually colored, like red or blue), they need a special grease that usually comes with them.

Polygraphite
Polygraphite bushings, or dry-lube like graphite. Or, aluminum anti-sieze compound (messy, but effective). Get a syringe and inject the anti-sieze into the crevise. Same for sway bar bushings.

Were they torqued before the engine was installed and ride-height set? If so that can cause problems. You might try backing them off and re-doing them.
