Need help on changing pulleys !

I just ordered a set of March pulleys to improve and upgrade from stock ones, my question is, when it comes to the alternator, how do I remove the big screw holding the pulley without turning the fins? I do not have an ex bolt in the middle to hold it down, any help would be appreciate.
Thanks guys;)

Put an old v-belt around the pulley and place it (the belt) in a vise. You can clamp down on old belt tight enough to remove nut with a breaker bar for sure but an impact sure makes life easy.

Ditto on the impact wrench.
