ladder frame plans

I've been working on importing a kit into Indonesia as some of you have seen on other posts. However, this last week, the gents at customs said no import of chassis but ok to bring a body and everything else. While there maybe still be a very slim chance of getting some other type of ruling or window opening, I may have to resort to building a ladder chassis myself.... That noise is my wife laughing in the background, something about by the time I am done I'll be blind and feeble....**) however, does anyone have a source for basic plans or dimensions for a ladder type frame which I could modify to accept either chevy nova running gear and suspension or BMW running gear and suspension? I can pick up a junk 72 Nova or a '97 530 beemer with V-8. Any directions or help would be appreciated. Please do not dump on me about orginality or accuracy. Its a real pain trying to build here. Check out my gallery and you can see one of two wannabee Cobras on the road here. Many thanks if you can help
