Holley Gaskets
Anyone tried using the reusable metering block & float bowl gaskets from Moroso made from Buna-N?
It is a black Nitrile Rubber, just wondering how well it seals and reacts with unleaded gasoline?

Rick;
Have not used them, been using the blue re-useable gaskets I get at Auto-Zone and been having good luck with them so far, if you try these other gaskets, let me know how they work.........

Rick....I've used the gaskets referred to as Buna but not Buna-n, on both my Holley and my Barry Grant carbs. They work well, but they will stick when wrenched down hard and left that way for years. Using a little PAM spray or a light coat of WD-40 will keep them from sticking.

are you talking about the clear plugs, if so, my instructions said to remove them and put the steel plugs back in after you set the floats, don't run the car with them in
