Tow hitch for cobra?
Now, I building this car and have the chance to build in a Class I receiver for towing a trailer :eek: (for extra tires and tools, would love it to look like the back half of a cobra:MECOOL: ) and would love to know if this has ever been done before. Pics of the set up would be nice. Crazy as ever Patrick:JEKYLHYDE

If I remember correctly someone at the London Cobra Show last year had one or I've seen a photo of one before (Out of all the things I've lost in my life I miss my mind and my memory the most).
I know there's at least one out there somewhere so if anyone knows where please chime in. DonC |
Bill Emerson of Emerson Motorsports made one several years ago. Looked really good.

There is a guy in South Florida that has one on his Cobra that he drives to different track events pulling a trailer. Although I don't remember his trailer being as cool as the one you are intending. As I recall he came off his rear 2 x 4 frame rails and mounted his receiver that resembled something like you would put on a Taurus or Camery.

When I was shopping for Cobras, I came accross this one with a trailer. Looks like it was very well done. Seems like the tow bar is easy to install/remove. Wouldn't hurt to call the guy for some info.
