I have a voltmeter... now I'm really dangerous

Hi Guys,
Well I finally got out the voltmeter that my wife gave me, read the directions and gave it a try.

Here is what I learned.
I measured the voltage in my coolant and found that I have about 0.1 volts running through it. I'm not intentionally using the radiator as a ground but I did measure resistance between the alum radiator and the frame. The frame of course is used as a ground throughout the car, so does this mean that since the randiator is grounded to the frame that I'm running current through it and risking corrision through electrolsys?
I'm a complete electrical idiot so any advice would be appreciated.
