Sparkplug and grease

I would like to know if you put grease on the threads of the sparkplug? Up to now, I never used grease on sparkplug and I never had any trouble removing them since I torque them to an appropriate value. I use Champion RC12YC on an aluminium block. I am afraid that grease might "burn" and make the sparkplug more difficult to remove, acting like a sort of glue. And do you think that greasing the thread of the plugs might affect the required torque ?

Use anti sieze in small tube, aluminum based.

Rick is right. That is what I used and it is especially important in aluminum heads. Also don't over tighten them.

And Ron means DON'T over-tighten them. Putting anti-seize on your spark plug threads drops the reading down to like 12 ft/lbs, or even less.
