We not only manufacture every tile right here but we design, engineer and manufacture all of our own molds that produce our product lines.We are the only 100% inhouse manufacturer in our industry. I bought your products for both of my garages. Love the looks but, I have some issues. I have talked to the local dealer Brian based on the installation, he has given me lip service to remedy the buckling in hot weather and broken interlocks on a significant number of tiles but, not come out to fix the issue. I paid for the tiles with installation from RaceDeck. I am seriously considering asking for a refund and I will put epoxy on my garage floors and replace the RaceDeck. For all the talk about a superior product, the other telling point of a manufacturer is whether they stand behind the product. Hopefully your installer or the company will make it right for you. No one is perfect and stuff happens (bad lot, small manufacturing defect) but the true test is whether someone stands behind their product and resolves customer complaints in timely fashion. Good Luck and I hope Race Deck fixes it soon!

A quick update........ Jorgen has reached out to me and stepped into the issues I have with his product and company. The dealer that installed my floor is no longer representing RaceDeck and his lack of follow up is the underlying problem and the lack of resolution. More later as we move through the process. Glad to hear they are going to back their product. In my industry there is often a disconnect between teh manufacturer and the distributor. Whenever I can I always deal with the manufacturer due to both price and accountability should something go wrong. Good Luck!

I'm completely happy with my Race Deck floor. I did a lot of research and compared samples of all the diiferent products available before making my decision. In a side by side comparison, Race Deck is far superior to the competition in every way.

Hello All,
I wanted to update my experience with Race Deck and the organization behind the products. I bought Race deck for both of my garages 18 months ago based on the reputation and the quality of the product when I saw it installed some friends garages. I had some problems with one of the floors and Race deck supplied all new tiles and installed the new floor at no cost to me.
