Fuel line size

Hi, I have a kc 427 and carby set up is 10mm hard line big enough from tank to mech. pump?
cheers glen

Yes it's just fine

tuska Glen that size is just fine for size of the motor unless you are going to spin the motor with a big carb at 7,800 rpms. Is the outlet on the gas tank the same size, and the pickup tube in the gas tank if you are not running a sump pickup system. Running bigger line is fine. You are only going to get as much flow as the smaller tube size in the system. Rick L. Ps Is the hose 10mm or 3/8" in size or where you going with #10 SS hose. There is a big differents.

Drag race it, monitor the fuel pressure and A:F ratio if possible. That will tell you if you have a big enough line/pump combination.
