Smoke machines are damn handy
 
I picked up a Leak Tamer and I must say it is damn handy. I found a small oil leak and two minor exhaust leaks I didn't even know were there. Well worth the money I paid for it.

I picked it up off of ebay.. It has a pump and heat canister inside. So it's like a fancy fog machine. It uses 2-3 PSI to push smoke into whatever you are testing. So I hooked it up on my sidepipe with the adapter that comes with it and pressurized the pipe. Smoke started coming out at the four bolt flange so I took it apart and redid the RTV. Leak be gone..

I also hooked it up to my oil dipstick and saw a leak at my fuel pump gasket and fixed it.

Leak be gone.. :LOL:

that is one similar to it. If you lived closer I would let you use it. I didn't pay that much though. I got mine used.. New ones on Ebay are 600.
