427FE height vs 427Windsor...Hood clearance question

Which is taller from the intake up? I bought a 67 mustang at Mecum last week that has a 427W with a 9.5 deck height. The Car has a paxton supercharger with the carb box and the previous owner made a custom cowl hood to go on the car and it looks really bad. I know unique performance was building 67 Mustangs with 427FE engines and Paxton superchargers and they were using a custom supersnake hood with a large bump to clear the supercharger carb hat/box.
So, with that said, if the 427FE is taller or around the same height as the 427W, then the same hood should clear my engine. That's a starting point. The engine in my mustang has a edelbrock victor jr single plane intake which has a height of 5.75", but that appears to be the standard height for single plane 351w intakes.
