Autolite C30f 9510 AJ

I am new to the forum and didn't see a Wanted section so I am posting here.

I have a K code 289 in my 64 Fairlane and need a C3OF 9510 AJ carburetor built in 1963. 1.12 venturis and auto choke.

Last one I saw for sale went for about $2000.
I'm looking for a C4OF-AT for an original Cobra but have only seen one for sale in 10 years!
Rare carbs!

I have a 1964 production core that is missing the very rare brass spark vacuum port plug (which is actually a 1963 Galaxie part from the 2-4V induction system 427 engine package) and needs a good rebuild for use or restoration for show. IT DOES NOT HAVE AN ASSEMBLY TAG. The main body is one of the dated (on the bottom) ones from November 1963.

Send me a private message or e-mail with contact information and I will get some pictures to you.

Shame you weren't looking late Feb.

I don't know how I missed this one. I did see it about a week after it sold. During that time I found a 63 dual point distributor and a 63 8K rotunda tach.

That one would be a lot of effort (time and money) to make mostly correct again.
- top cover from an application with a hot idle compensator
- service choke cap/heater
- no assembly tag (which is often the most valuable part)

Can't tell if it has the unique 1963-64 HP289 brass plug for the spark advance vacuum port that HP289s didn’t use (often missing or badly damaged)

It appears to have been commercially rebuilt in its past. If that is true I would wonder if the accelerator pump cavity filler is there and if the booster clusters are the correct ones.

On the plus side it is from the 1964 model year production time frame.
