MSD Atomic system.

\Thinking again about going to fuel injection.Which is the best way to go. FiTech, M S Pro or MSD Atomic? Currently a 650 Holley on a 347 at 10-1 and a somewhat nasty cam, 450 hp Will b e driving in a wide range of conditions this next summer for 3 months. Carb does fine in AZ but back east I wonder.

Any suggestions helpful
, Gary

Fast setup and Holley fuel injection are two more choices. leave well enough alone or gamble ?????

Gary, leave well enough alone. Your car runs and sounds great so why mess with it? How does it do going up to Springerville? You won't be getting into much more elevation in the East and even then, you probably won't be staying at it very long. I can tell and smell the difference when I take my car to Springerville but there again, it's just for a short time and I put up with it.
If worse came to worse, you could easily change out your jetting and idle mixture to lean things out if you were going to be at high elevation for any length of time. Just remember to put it back where it all was.

You'll surely find something else to spend your money on...

Thanks Karl. Just thinking and that usually gets me in trouble. A little down on power but so am I at 9,000 or 10,000 feet. I'll spend on something else. Maybe AC. Ha ha

Gary,

I'd try a 750, tuned for some level above sea level, say 2500 ft, before thinking about carb replacement EFI.

Gary....maybe some nice cup holders and a honkin' stereo to go with that AC?

Just ask Fitz, he'll fill you in.
