exhaust leak - Bennet Coachworks header

Hi Everybody,

quick question, I have a 96 Excalibur with a 95 mustang 302. I have what I believe to be a Bennett coachworks header system. I have an exhaust leak on the right header and I am going to replace the header gasket.

Can I use any header gasket for the 95 302 and just trim it to fit or should I use a gasket specific to this set up?

Thanks

Get a good quality gasket made for your car. Cheap is not your objective. Good fit and good material is. Look up the torque spec. And follow it. Suggest a little anti seize on the header bolts for “next time”. Thank me later.

I concur with Bruce.
