I have purchased Raydot side view mirrors- I have also purchased the mounting bracket (directly to windscreen) from Cobraaccessories as well. Is this purely a matter of aesthetics on where to mount? It seems if you mount in the logical place (on the front wheel arch you see nothing out of mirror and end up making a whole in the body.... Any thoughts welcome.

I have uploaded to my gallery (click on photo icon) a couple of pictures of Wilf's Cobra showing the mirror mounted on the screen. I have mounted mine in the same place but using a different bracket. Pictures of this are also in my gallery. Having tried other options I found this the best position for vision that avoids the need for drilling holes on the body.

Love that bracket that is chrom to match the windscreen. Where can I get them? Also, the AC kick plates- is this something one can buy as well to protect door area- nice touch as well.
