EFI Harness question

Hi again!

Is it possible to reuse the stock EFI-harness from a Speed-density Engine, when you convert to Mass Air, with Ford Racing conversion kit: FMS-M12071F302

Still learning

Roy,

The Mass Air conversion kit from Ford Racing makes use of the stock Speed Density Harness. I think you have to make a few changes to the harness, but the kit should come with instructions on how to do it. I haven't done a Mass Air conversion, but I bought an entire EFI harness from Ford Racing and the instructions that came with it were very detailed. I would assume that the instructions that come with the mass air kit would be just as good.

I've done it twice. Pretty easy stuff...probably 30 minutes worth of work. You can make the conversion w/ a used computer, MAF meter of your choice, and a $29 MAF meter harness for a LOT cheaper than the ford conversion "kit". Here's some valuable info.....
