I can get this one for payback on a few favors, just need to figure out if it is a 351w or not.
Casting number D9TE-AB is on engine Casting number E7TE is on heads 6738 is stamped on block near #1 cylinder. The distance is 13" across the intake to where the valve cover meets the head on the intake sides. Someone.........please help! |

289/351 deckheight

Looking at the table in FORD PERFORMANCE ENGINES by Pat Ganahl, page 19. The 289/302 is 8.206 from "crank centerline" to top of the block. The 351 is 9.480 to 9.503 ( 1971-72 ). I do not know what the different block widths would be. Hope it's a good block, Pete |
quick search found a 460cc(7.5L) V8 by the block's casting number...hope that helps.
