interchangable ford parts.
I'm looking for a list of all the parts on ford engines that are interchangable, i.e. 351 heads on a 302 block. I've recently purchased a book on the subject. it, however wasn't very infromative. Does any one on here know of a site I could visit?

There's a book I think called "How to build a max performance Ford v8 on a budget" that has alot of part swapping info. What book did you buy?

I was going to purchase "High Performance Engine Parts Interchange" ..... would this be the one you bought? If it is, maybe I'll pass based on your experience.

Some good info is available right from Ford. If the current parts catalogs aren't thorough enough, you might try and find some reprints of The Muscle Parts or O.H.O. parts books from Ford.

yes it was high performance parts enine parts interchange. Don't missunderstand me by saying it wasn't very informative. I'm not dissappointed with it, it has tons of usefull info, just not the specific info that I'm looking for.I will be keeping my copy for future refrence, and i do believe it was a good investment, but again not for my specific project. Atleast not this one. I also have the "How to build a max performance Ford v8 on a budget". It has some of the info i'm after but not enough.
