302 to 347 swap?

I have a Classic Roadster with a 89/5.0 with Cobra R computer and fuel injection system. C-303 cam [ I think ] I am thinking about switching to a crate 347 from Ford performance. I would pick up about 150 HP. I would like to use the factory fuel injection and computer. Is this possible? I know I would have to go with larger injectors, I now have 24lb I would probably have to go with 30lb or larger. I understand that the exhaust ports on the HP crate motor are about 3/4in higher than the stock heads. Will this cause a clearance problem? Would I be better off buying a motor from a speed shop locally? As you can tell I am in the thinking mode now, but this might be my next winter project. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
Thanks CARWARS
I purchased this car sight unseen and I do not have all the build specifications
