Radiator Fluid Level

Hi Guys,

Thought I would go straight to the top (club cobra) with this question.;)

You'd think this topic would be covered in the SPF owners manual.

How do you know when there is enough fluid in the cooling system, when you have a puke tank ? Is there supposed to be any coolant in there at all ? If not, then how do you know when the radiator is topped off ?

With temps nearing three digits this week, I just want to be safe!:D

No such thing as a stupid question, right ?:JEKYLHYDE

Keep the tank about 1/2 full.

Remod - I agree with Rick. If I fill my tank more than about half it always ends up in the overflow tank.

Has anyone tried Red Line's "Water Wetter"? If so, what were the results? It says your car will run "up to" 20 deg. cooler, but it's also supposedly a good rust / corrosion protector.

Any thoughts?
