Which 302?

I'm a complete noob when it comes to US engines (I'm from the UK and used to engines big enough to driva a lawnmower) so maybe you clever American chaps can help. I've attached two engine specs both approx the same price but was wondering if there was any difference is spec that would make you lean towards one engine rather than the other.

Cheers D

the first engine is from the Engine Factory, I have a 350HP 302 HO from them it is a fine motor, the second engine is a stroked 302 which gives you a little more HP both are most likely good motors, I would consider the price the controlling factor, there isn't enough HP difference to consider

Why not consider this as well? Ford dealers should be able to get this for you...http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...tKeyField=7209

It's a fairly documented problem that 302/5.0 blocks have a rather bad propensity to split down the middle. The 351 fixes this problem.
