351W intake manifold port size

Hi guys,

I am just getting started on building a stroker 427 from my 351 block. I ordered and recieved a weber intake setup from Redline Performance. The ports on the supplied intake manifold look very small and dont match the head port size. Can anyone tell me the STOCK intake port size for a 351 W ???? I think it is 1.20" x 2" (but I'm not sure) Also, the manifold seems to set too deep between the heads. Could the intake be for a 302?? No part numbers on the intake so I dont know what I have. Any info would be great.

One of the guys in our club had to send his Weber intake back because the ports were so malaligned that the head porter could not make it fit correctly on the heads, much less begin his port matching and related head work on the flow bench. Flow gains were incredible once the correct intake was used and the intake was ported, flowed and matched to the motor and cam specs.

Thanks !!! The manifold is so out of wack that if I where to try matching the ports I would run out of material at the top of the intake manifold. I am currently on a road trip, when I get back home this weekend I will take some measurements to confirm things. Did the club member that you are talking about purchase his setup from Redline?? Looks like I have plan on spending some time on the phone.

thanks again
