Oil Dipstick

Does anybody know where to get one to fit a 91-93 302 preferably in chrome. I bought the Ford Motorsport one and can't get it to fit in the block hole or around the header bolt (header to close).

I gave about $55 for a Lokar. When I bought a Canton oil pan, I had to buy a brass nipple and compression fitting to make the dip stick work.

I used the Ford Motorsport dip stick from Jegs, my dip stick goes in on the front of the motor, next to the alternator, no where near the headers

You must have an older engine.

my block is a 302 HO, I guess there must be a difference between it and the later 5.0 block

I took the freeze plug out of the timing chain cover (shown in picture) and moved it to the hole in the block. Then I could use the "fancy" Ford dipstick...
