Performance Carburetors - California

Has anyone purchased a carburetor from Performance Carbs in California? I've been quoted a Holley 4150 HP that they configure to my engine specs, doa bit of machine work, flow test and ship, ready to bolt on. I'm tossing a 750 Mighty Demon and plan to replace it with 750 HolleyHP. They said it will flow 800 CFM when they're done. They don't seem to charge much more than the carb itself. Think it's worth it?

What is wrong with the Demon?

When I had my stroker built, I insisted on a BG carb. It has always run rich, even after extensive dyno tuning. I was told by a couple of high HP engine builders who have extensive dyno experience, that replacing a BG with a Holley usually resulted in a performance increase. I figured I would consider sending my carb to an expert to be tweaked and when I found the guy (ex-BG employee here in Georgia) he recommended a 4150 HP over the Mighty Demon.
