Engine question.

I'm new to Club Cobra and not sure if I'm asking this question in the right place. If not, please let me know where to post it...

I have a Mercruiser 454, bored and stroked to 500+ hp. It was intended for a boat that needed more work than it was worth, so I've been thinking about putting it into a car.

Is it possible to put this engine into an AC Cobra? If not, what would be a good car to put it into?

Thanks.

Dude! You've got 3 posts (as I'm typing) and they all say mostly the same thing. WTF:LOL:? Really, throw that puppy in a Chevelle or some other cool vintage government motors project. Just about any kit car can be set up to take a BBC as well, but you have to consider the moral implications of such a Frankenstinian swap. Ford+GM=
