Need a recommendation for a shop to replace an automatic with a manual transmission
 
I have a West Coast brand replica with a C6 trans in it. I want to have a manual trans installed. Been told that it will require some fabrication to mount pedals and hydraulic clutch linkage. Anybody know a good shop in southern CA, preferrably San Diego?

I would take it to Tom Barnard's shop in Las Vegas, Speedway Classic Cars. Phone number is (702) 651-0708. Take it to Tom and he will do the job right the first time for a fair amount. Quality of work is surpassed by NONE!

Contact JBA Performance in San Diego. They are big on Fords. If they can't do it I'm sure they can recommend a good place.

Yep, that's my butt in my car. I attached a camera to the rollbar for a session at Willow Springs, CA. Boy was that fun!!!
