A couple of days ago my smilies and and all the other vb code buttons quit working. Anybody else got the same problem? Any suggestions?

3 oz. Bombay Sapphire---from the FREEZER WHERE IT BELONGS, when not in use!!! 1/4 REAL lemon, squeezed well 1 (tiny) drop Angosturra Bitters 3-6 cubes o' ice balance--Schweppes repeat, again and again and again..... OR--- The "South Side" (from Long Island) Tons o' REAL squeezed lemon juice (start by rendering a gallon, if you're drinking alone) Equal Volume of REAL sugar (skimp: 5 lbs. instead o' 8) (now you have made the bar-syrup) Equal Volume Bombay Sapphire (Tank's okay--marginally--for this one--Bombay has the Boquet)) (you now have 50% Gin, 25% lemon-juice, 25% sugar---right?) NOW... Fill the glass half-way with this concoction----and the second half with Club Soda... Add a sprig of FRESH mint Drink staggering quantities of either.......okay...BOTH Your Test for beddie-bye-time? You purposefully drive the nail of your index finger into the flesh of your cheek---and have to look in the mirror to see if you've made contact...TA-TA :LOL: :LOL: "The Doc" PS I did this all night at Belmondo Estates Beach, Tortola (1976)---didn't drink a drop meself(!) but got physically exhausted keeping the bodies above the breaking surf.... |

I haven't had any problem with my smilies on either computer with either O.S. I have had some hang ups when trying to open a post to read and have had to log out of the club and then come back in. This has happened with as few as 27 members logged in and as high as 74. When I start to open a post to read it will start and then just stop and sit there until it times out. Not often but once in a while and also with both computers. You can't get smilies to work and so far I can't get an avater. **) :) :LOL: :3DSMILE: |
