Uploading photos question.
Is there a better way to upload photos to 'my gallery', rather than 1 at a time? thanks, Nik.

Since nobody else has posted, I'll tell you what I know, which isn't much: I've never had luck uploading more than one at a time. However, I've processed more than one at a time. Upload one, then when you get to the page where you fill in the info about the picture, hit "upload photos" again to take you back to the upload screen. Finally, when you have uploaded as many as you want, fill in the text and check the box to the left of each picture and process them all at once. This saves some time over processing them individually, but it seems like you should be able to upload multiples...I just haven't been able to do so. Joe |

I think Joe has found about the only work around for this. If the gallery were set up to upload multiple photoes the easy way it would have two or how ever many browse buttons that you can use to load that many photos. Example,my e-mail has 5 browse buttons so I can select 5 photos at once. Since I don't upload many, I haven't looked into this but the person who could tell you the easy way if there is one is Ron (CW). Ron :) |
I think Joe`s method will do fine for now, Ron. My email also has the multiple browse boxes, I did suspect that the single box method was a 'stealth' tactic so we don`t clog up the server with too many pics!!!
We`ll leave Ron to police the Shelby thread for now! Nik. |
I wish this was something that worked at this point, but it doesn't. I'll see what I can come up with, but the server comes first.
