SPF Submarine belt attachment sites
Is there an easy way to install a submarine belt in a SPF?

There should be a supporting member or piece of steel that the seats bolt to. That is the part that you want to drill into and mount your anti-submarine strap. Probably a steel strap welded to the main frame. Measure three times and drill once.
