Master Cyclinder
Hi If you look inside the fenderwell on drivers side you will see acess door to MC, you have to take wheel off to get to it. disconnect HDY line, then you have to go thru the hood under the fenderwell to unbolt it, need a short wrench. Its tuff job but can be done bye you, Good Luck:JEKYLHYDE

Be sure to bench bleed the new unit first.

Both good advice. -- remember to use natural castrol GT-LMA brake fluid as the seals hate the silicone fluids

Having no luck finding a replacement clutch slave cyl. What we have is a Wagner-Lockheed FD 48909 which supposedly crosses to a napa 33721, or autozone 12413, or advance 37833. Not in stock at any of these places, and when I look those #s up on the web, the mounting lugs are different. The cyl we have has one long lug with two holes. This is mounted to a shop fabricated bracket on a sbf with a Mcleod sfi bell with center pivot t.o. arm. Any spf owners out there with a better set-up? I'm trying to avoid going to a hyd T.O.B. !!!!

Are you talking about a slave cylinder or master cylinder?

Mad: Sorry for the confusion. Have replaced the master, now looking for a new or better slave set-up. Have talked to Oltoff racing and Dynamic, no luck at either place.

Found the 63-33721 slave @ NAPA yesterday. It is the correct replacement for what was on spo09xx, so we will try it before going to something different. The counter guy said that it's listed application is Ford truck. It's a nicer piece than what was on the car, and made in ITALY, not CHINA !!!!
