Winter bling add-ons
Hi all, Sent wifey shopping this weekend and I cut open all my UPS boxes and went to town adding a little bling to the engine compartment . Here's a few Pics of the add-ons.
This is a ball milled 8 1/2 X 15 air cleaner with a K&N filter that replaced an 8X11 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=5168&thumb=1 This is a #8 A/N line going from a billet breather/pcv valve to the rear of the carb. http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=5169&thumb=1 In this pic I drilled and tapped the intake adding a #8 A/N line going to the brake booster. http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=5170&thumb=1 And the last bit of bling are these billet fan covers . http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=5171&thumb=1 Hope you enjoyed the pics and are all doing well! Did you leave the manifold on to drill and tap? No Curley Q's still in there? Right?

Nice, if you haven't already upgrade the oil pressure line to braided and get rid of the plastic one.

Yes I did leave the manifold on. Took off the carb and stuffed a lightly greased terry cloth in the runner. Also pretapped the hole b-4 completly going all the way through with a smaller well greased bit that caught all the chips.

Nice looking mods. I have the same pcv breather. If the AN line going to the brake booster is touching the firewall be aware that it will scratch it up.
