brand new...looking for some general information
 
First post! I am currently looking for the right Superformance MKIII for myself. Can anyone point me to a site or thread that has general information or the history of the SPF Cobra's? I am looking for any major changes since the beginning of production to the present, anything I should be looking for when purchasing, any production numbers to stay away from and the reasons, etc. From the research and searching I have done I believe the Superformance is the right car for me. Now I just need to edumacate myself on them. Thanks in advance for any help. I look forward to learning more, and hopefully one day I can return the favor.

Wow that was fast. I looked over the site (I have not jumped to far into it), but from what I did see it is filled with information, or at least you can buy it.

Look for a car with a serial number SPF2000 or higher. Those cars incorporate most of the best features like dropped footwells, raised cowl to support modular motors, improved top, and Dana rear.
