Newbie question...replacement exhaust gaskets
I just purchashed SP 2546 with a Smeding 427 short block and weber 48 stacks....I have a backfire issue and want to replace the exhaust gaskets....engine to headers and headers to side pipes....does SPF sell the gaskets for the header to side pipes and if so where would I go to order...( or do you just make your own???)thank you...Ted

Between the headers and sidepipes you can just use a bead of ultra-copper.

Go online and order Remflex header to sidepipe gaskets. Once cinched down, you will never have to replace them again

Ditto that. One of the best decisions I have made as far as gaskets are concerned. They cost a little more, but man are they worth it.
