Where can you get the headlights with the running light built in?
Thanks

speedway motors has some with the amber lamp built in, they may have others, but i remember those particularly.....

FYI: You can rework the front of the car to utilize the 2 smaller turn signal lamps as combination lights just like the newer cars and then use any mfr's front headlights.

Checked Speedway and price for the headlights is stratosphereic! Looked at Blas's wiring diagram and the turn/marker is more appealing. It looks as though the project was started because one side has an 1156 bulb and the other has an 1157. Go figure. Now to see if Olthoff or Hillbank has the turn/marker combos or to my favorite big rig chrome shop to see what they have!

159.00 a pair stratospheric ? if so you may be building the wrong kind of car. what will you say when you have to buy a windshield?

My mistake I thought it was 159 per light. Sorry if I wound your watch up. If you think Superformance parts or whoevers parts are expensive try Peterbilt and Caterpiller.

no not at all, just that the money thrown at these cars gets steep, most stuff ends up being partially or fully custom made. i just thought it strange to worry about 159.00 set of halogen lamps when much larger coin will be spent and maybe more than once on the same thing :D, we've all been there.

hard to portray a tone in the post, but when my panties get in a bunch there surely is no doubt. this was not one of those times

Dont forget WIPAC out of the UK, they have a H4 compatible carrier that allows a marker/signal light.
