Superformance speedometer gear?
Any Superformance owner can tell me the correct or tooth count for the speedometer drive gear so my gauge will read accurate? Currently reading slow. Rear tires size are the standard 275R6015. Tranny is the TKO 600 4617 and rear gear is 3:46. Thanks in advance!

Drive gear teeth X Axel ratio X Tire rev per mile
Divide the product by 1000 to obtain required drive gear teeth.

Smith speedo requires 19 teeth / pink tip. Remember it ain't electronic, it will be on around 60 mph but a little slower or faster below and after.

Ford part number C0DZ-17271-B. It is 19 tooth and pink. Available from your Ford dealer or most any Mustang parts vendor.
