Tonneaucover double roll-bar

Long after I bought my SPF I decided to check out the tonneaucover. To my suprise I discovered I got two. One for my car (which has one roll-bar) and another one for a SPF with two roll-bars. I don't need that second one. The dealer went out of business, so no need to take it back. I never used any of them. Both look like new. I think I will sell the second one if anybody is interested.

A new one is close to 1200 dollar. What would be a good price to sell it for?

I still have to work out shippingcosts since I live in Europe.

Thanks.

FYI: I believe the current pricing on a new tonneau cover is $675.00. This is according to a coulpe of chassis pricing references I have for late model cars.

Hello Blas,

Thanks.
I asked Hillbank for their price and they said: $ 1,197.39. The quality is very good, it is probably the original cover made in South Africa.
Maybe/probably someone sells them for a much nicer price, like the price you got.

Send me an email and I'll send you a copy of the window sticker with option pricing... My emails is below.

One is the "service replacement part" price and the other is the "factory option" price. Just like any manufacturer the service part costs more than the option when ordered with the chassis.

Cheesehead,
What is you chassis number?
I might be able to determine what other chassis shipped with yours that has 2 bars. You can send it to me offline if you like.

Hello Blas,

I bought my car second hand via a dealer. I guess he made some sort of mistake. This dealer did not sell new SPF's. I think a chassisnumber will not help.
I can see this tonneau cover is made for a newer type chassis. A newer chassis has different pins close to the doors (only two, one left, one right, are different). I also got the wrong type of softtop for my car. Not really a problem. It was the newer type, three windows. After a small modification it fitted and I like the new softtop more than the old one.
If you have this option pricing list, please!

Anyone interested in a tonneau cover for a two roll-bar SPF?

Funny, I have an unused single roll-bar tonneau but my car has two roll bars--never got around to having it cut. If somebody wants a single, they can pay you and we can swap!
