Hi MadMax,
What do you recommend as a polish for the yellowing stainless steel pipes ? Mine is in need of a good cleaning. Thanks |
Good sound, awesome paint and polish.

I used "Mother's" with an Electric Drill and Cotton wheel. Worked great and worked quickly.
AS Ron said, after a couple of "Heat Cycles" the polish remains. |
I had some gasngo stainless side pipes awhile back. They were gorgeous!!! but the sound was to loud. The guy selling them sent me a little jar of stuff. It was incredible you wiped on and the brown wiped off, zero effort. You might want to search gas-n-go side pipes. His was an incredible deal $1400 for the pair delivered.
My whacker big enough I dont need the car to compensate through sound!!! |

I have Fireflys and with 3 years on them they started getting gold up front. Took them off over the winter and "per Ron's instructions" hit them with an orbital polisher and a 3M product that brought them right back. Now after two years they are only "slightly" gold up front and this winter (in order to stay out of bars) I will pull them again and polish them just because I can. The sound is incredible. Once I get my GoPro together I will take some vids. BTW, I have owned cheap SS pipes before and they did turn brown. Ron's are fabulous. E |
