You're having a problem with only one BB? Consider yourself lucky. I've bought two sets in the last 4 years and three of the eight tires were replaced by the dealer because they were out-of-round (had flat spots), and one other was shaved to correct the same problem. Suggestions for your situation: 1. Be sure the tires have not set on a parked car for days/hours before you try to balance them. They are bias ply tires and will develop flat spots on the car just setting overnight. 2. If the tire is truly out-of-round, try to get the dealer to replace it. 3. Find a tire place that can shave (also called "truing" ) the tire to make it round. Look for an "old-school" tire dealer to do this.
Good luck!
