Running a Manual fuel pump ?
I have an oil cooling set up on my 351 W the lines are very close to the area were the fuel pump would be. Thinking it might be too tight, anyone running a manual fuel pump with the oil cooler on their 351 W and know if this will fit in there with the oil lines? Thank you for your help

My ERA with a 351W had an oil cooler and a manual fuel pump when I bought it from the first owner. Everything fit, but not much room in that area. Had to use a short oil filter to clear the frame. I removed the oil cooler because my oil temp was not getting much above 140F (I also have a large capacity Canton oil pan, 7 or 8 quarts I think). Without the oil cooler my oil temp is around 180F where it should be. Unless you are racing, the oil cooler is not useful. My $.02.

My engine is an FE and I run a mechanical fuel pump and and oil cooler. The oil lines are very close to the fuel pump but has never been a problem.

On my 351 I put in a remote oil filter and that took care of the having to use a short oil filter and also I ran an electric fuel pump so that gave me plenty of clearance in that area.

I have a Dart aluminum block 351W in my SPF (3033). I used a mechanical pump and the Canton remote to the std Superformance remote filter location. Tight but it all fit.

How about a remote filter and a oil cooler thermostat?

289 with mech & sandwich adapter for oil lines. I run a WIX filter(very short), you won't find it listed anywhere. I can get part# if you are interested.
