Ball Joint Grease

I have a 2015 Superformance Cobra. Does anyone have a recommendation for ball joint grease? I was thinking Royal Purple Ultra-Performance Synthetic Grease.

I use the red synthetic (maybe semi synthetic). You don't need to be too fancy. Keep it lubed.

I used to use Mobile 1 synthetic but I was having a lot of trouble over time with it separating and liquid lubricant was dripping out of all the suspension joints. Found out it was a common problem with it. Switched to Lucus Red Chassis grease after reading some recommendations on it and that it isn't supposed to not have the same issues.

Dan,
Once it starts separating and it's in there, what can you do to stop the dripping? I'm assuming you didn't take it apart to clean it out.
Thanks.

Just pump in the new stuff till it pushes out all the old stuff. Then wipe it all down and you should be fine.

I'm doing pretty much what AZ Cobra Mike said - let it run it's course and pump new grease in. Mine definitely dripped worse during the summer months.

It's not a terribly big deal. The oil is separating from the wax and it drips out some. Our ball joints are Moog and have the little hole in the back of the boot to prevent bursting if you over-fill it.
