exposing roll bar strut on Superformance MKIII
From what I've been able to gather, it appears that all Superformance MKIIIs have the outboard vertical roll bar strut covered/behind the cockpit bulkhead - with just the inboard one exposed (as per the original CSX cars.)
Has any Superformance owner out there gone through the process to expose the outboard vertical roll bar strut--for authenticity's sake--and, if so, what is involved? |
The outboard vertical roll bar strut mates to the frame just underneath the hole in the body, so there is really nothing to expose. (This assumes I understand your question).
Here's a link to a pic looking into the rear wheel well, up at the point where the roll bar mounts to the frame. Hope this helps... http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/u...Bar_Mount2.jpg |
