Bob is exactly right, what year the car is titled makes a major difference in how quick it will sell and the price you get. I just sold and was picked up 4 days ago one of my Kirkhams, this one was titled as a 2008' and the State of Ohio had assigned their own 17 digit serial number to it also. I could of sold the car 2 or 3 months earlier if had not been for those two reasons. I sold it thru Hemmings Motor News, which took about 3 months. When I told interested buyers that I also had a early Kirkham which it is titled a 1965', they were wanting to buy it instead, this is one of the reasons I bought the car and sold the other one. When the ad first came out, I immediately had 3 foreign foreign buyers wanting the car, but they would then discover they could not get the car in to their country (France) in the end I did sell it to a Dealer in France, but I have no idea how he is getting it in. Yes, the market is soft at least here in the US, most of the cars including even motorcycles are being bought by foreign buyers, but of course their exchange rate is to their advantage. Good luck with the sale.
