Stuck wheel - 5 PIN
I managed to get the spinners off and 3 of the 4 wheels off, but I can't get my front left wheel off. The spinner was difficult to move, but I eventually loosened it off. I tried squirting PB blaster last night everywhere I could. I tried hitting the backside of the tire with a hammer. I don't know what else to do. It's really stuck. The PO did not appear to use any anti seize on any of the wheel assemblies. Any tips would be appreciated.

You need to use a rivet gun or an air hammer... place against the backside of wheel and pull the trigger enough to get the rivet gun/air hammer going... Turn the wheel while doing this... Basically you will be vibrating it off.... Only apply enough air pressure to make the gun work.. it will take a little time but by vibrating it lightly and rotating it to apply the pressure all around the wheel it will come off...

Well, I used a heavy duty ratchet strap wrapped around backside of the wheel, with the opposite end wrapped around the tow hitch of my RAM. Tightened it up and hit the wheel backside with a hammer and wood block.

When that has occurred with me I have used similar methods as stated above and in addition you can hit the front side of the tire as well and alternate between front and back. PB Blaster or WD-40 can help as well.
when you do get it off make sure to clean up the drive pins with some light steel wool to remove any corrosion that is there. Good luck, it sure is a pain when that happens.

Butane torch and heat the metal
That will help "stretch" it a little, then blast it with some antiseize like WD-40 and begin negotiations using a hammer and price of timber to prevent damaging the wheel.
I find and copious amounts of swearing seems to help ones emotional state while undertaking such proceedings.
Ps. If you get frustrated with it walk away for a few moments... and then revisit it again after a spell.
This little sucker won't beat you!

I have used a trick on the road to loosen stuck wheels. With lugs put all lugs back on and loosen one turn, rock car back and forth a couple times and recheck. With spinners, loosen spinner one turn and drive car back and forth braking hard and turning wheel for fronts.

Personally, I really like the suggestion of "loosening" the spinner and then driving the car around to wobble it loose. I think that's the ticket.:cool:

This happened once on my ERA six pin front with knockoffs. Doug at ERA suggested putting the spinner on loose, and turning the steering wheel left to right and back again while the car was stationary and on the ground. The left and right torque on the tire and wheel will pop it loose. Also I sprayed the inside of the hub and wheel with a product called KROIL, which is like PB Blaster but this stuff really seems to creep well. Well after about 5 or 6 left and rights, the wheel came loose. Your mileage may vary. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys. After 2.5 hours with a helper I finally got it off today. It wasn't pretty. It involved a bottle jack and lots of force with hammers and eventually a boot.

Glad you were able to get it removed. Even if a lack of anti-seize was a primary contributor, I would bet that you either have pin alignment issues and/or a mushroomed pin (from being overtightened or tightened improperly). It only takes a few thousandths of a mushroomed pin to drive you crazy on just one wheel.
