Vehicle Registration Process in New Jersey

I am trying to find out how a 2004 built Superformance Cobra can be registered with Office of Motor Vehicles in the state of New Jersey to avoid emissions. Don't mind the safety inspection, but need to avoid any emission requirements.

The loopholes in NJ have all been closed. Even the "Collector Car" registration now precludes kit cars of any kind. Maybe street rod, but even that has it's kit car limitations.

How exactly is the car currently titled (once in the system there is no way to change this, so be upfront and honest with it):

Make
Model
Year
VIN

Extra line descriptions or additions?

Classic registration ?

How is the title worded,,,,
