New brake lines
I guess if your going to do it use the gourmet braided units?
Does anyone know if they are a std wilwood part? If so PN? Chassis 1764 2003 vintage... Thanks Steve H 1764 |
Steve,
There are many options. If you measure the current line length and then the size and type/angle of fittings (AN-3 from what I remember but might be 4s) you can order from Summit, Jegs or your favorite shop. The Goodridge or Russell lines are good product. I liked the ones that have the external sleeve/cover as this protects the braided lines, keeps road crud out and stops the sharp braid from sticking you. And yes, as long as you're changing lines you might as well go with braided lines. Jim |
Thanks Jim
I've got a front and rear off (they are the same length) think I'll tool over to Morgans Speed and marine and see what we ca come up with tomorrow. Cheers |
