Where to Get Lower Control Arm

I have SPF #633, built in 1999. The left rear lower control arm has a flange weld that has broken loose where the sway bar link attaches. I either need to get the flange welded or (preferably) replace the whole arm. I'm sure its some sort of donor arm but have no idea what kind. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

It is not a "donor" arm but a purpose built piece from Hi Tech Automotive, the factory. We can supply it, PM or email for details.
